A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on a Solin Society trip. The deposit amount is set per trip and shown at the time of booking. Your spot is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due by the date specified for each trip. Reminders will be sent ahead of this deadline. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your spot being released to the waitlist.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Refunds on balance payments, if any, depend on how close to departure the cancellation occurs and will be outlined clearly on each individual trip page.
Inclusions vary by trip and are listed in full on each trip's individual page before booking. Unless stated otherwise, international flights to and from the destination are not included.
Solin Society trips are open to women traveling solo or in pairs. Group sizes are intentionally kept small; exact numbers are listed per trip. Solin Society reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.
Solin Society reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to an itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control (weather, availability, safety). Any major changes will be communicated as early as possible.
