A deposit is required to reserve your place on a Solin Society trip. The exact amount is set per trip and shown before you pay. Deposits are non-refundable — this is what allows Solin Society to confirm group size and hold your spot in advance.
The remaining balance is due by a set date before departure, shown clearly at the time of booking. A reminder is sent ahead of that date. If the balance isn't received by the deadline, your place may be released to the waitlist.
Payments are processed securely through Solin Society's booking platform. Solin Society does not store or have access to your full card details — all payment processing is handled by that platform directly.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion or transaction fees depending on your card and location — these are outside Solin Society's control.
